When Ancestral Flame approached us, their client management was hindered by MassageBook. While it provided basic functionality, the service suffered from a low-quality, visually unappealing UI that was difficult to navigate. Worse, it was locking the therapist into a recurring monthly subscription just to manage their own business. Our goal was to design a beautiful, friction-free booking environment that felt like a natural extension of the healing space itself.
Built on ASP.NET Core
To break free from limitations, we architected a custom backend utilizing C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, and SQL Server, integrating Calendar.io for seamless scheduling and Stripe for secure, direct payments. The crown jewel of the application is the custom admin dashboard. It gives the therapist full control over their schedule and client data, ensuring they stay organized and informed through a premium interface that is as effortless to use as it is beautiful.
